Essential Handgun Skills is a LAW ENFORCEMENT ONLY TRAINING CLASS

Essential Handgun skills is a class for both veteran and newly hired officers.  The class focuses on the development and standardization of basic skill sets, with the goal of increased marksmanship at the 25 yardline of the NJ Handgun Qualification Coure - HQC.  A standardized loading procedure to eliminate operator induced malfunctions will be incorporated.  The session also incorporates a structured multi-layered marksmanship technique, designed to increase speed and accuracy at Close Quarter distances.  

The officer needs to bring a handgun, duty rig/belt, range safety equipment, class II uniform, body armor and 200 rounds of ammunition.

The agency price includes attendanc fees for up to 5 officers.
