Master Handgun Class III - High Stress Defense

Master Handgun Class III - High Stress Defense is the final session of this high level handgun series. This culmination class takes the material learned in session I and II and applies it to a concentration in self-defense and family defense under high stress conditions, at a professional level of performance. The class includes timed-testing relating to the acceptable and discretionary use of force in unusual environments, positions and security situations. The testing phase includes the identification, selection and application of the appropriate use of cover vs. concealment and unique problem solving situations.

Prerequisites: Master Handgun I & II or the equivalent. The attendee should be familiar with their handgun, holster and associated equipment. Attendee should possess skill sets that include safely and efficiently moving with a loaded handgun in a 360 degree spherical environment. Attending students should be able to safely operate their handgun with both their dominant and non-dominant hand.

What To Bring: handgun, 200 rounds of ammunition, flashlight and/or firearm mounted light, (3) magazines (or two speed loaders if using a revolver), magazine pouch, a duty/tactical belt/holster that properly and securely holds the handgun.

Please wear appropriate range clothing to include a long sleeved crew neck shirt and closed footwear. A brimmed baseball hat is also suggested.
